LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: November 1, 2026
These Terms apply to onoffchain.com, learner accounts, and the video lessons and related educational features we make available (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Kaizenberg Ltd (“Onoffchain,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter a binding agreement. The Service is not directed to children. You must provide accurate account information, verify the email address you control, and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account; tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.
2. Educational service and financial risk
Onoffchain provides educational information and video lessons about crypto assets, wallets, research, and trading. The Service is not a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser, or custodian. We do not execute trades, hold funds or private keys, or provide individualized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Content is general education and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
Crypto assets are volatile and speculative. You can lose some or all of the money you commit; transactions may be irreversible, and mistakes, compromised credentials, scams, protocol failures, or regulatory changes can cause loss. Make your own independent decisions and seek qualified advice where appropriate. Examples, charts, price comparisons, or hypothetical returns shown on the site are illustrative, may not reflect actual executions or current prices, and do not guarantee future results.
3. Fees and promotions
Any price, fee, or promotion shown during signup or purchase applies as described at that time. The public signup page currently advertises a $100 signup fee waiver through November 30, 2026. We do not currently collect payment through the website signup flow. If we introduce a paid feature or checkout, we will disclose the applicable price and terms before you commit to a purchase. Changes to future prices do not alter a purchase already completed.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; probe, scrape, or overload it without authorization; attempt to access another person’s account; distribute malware; misrepresent your identity; or copy, resell, or exploit content beyond the rights granted here. We may restrict activity that threatens users, the Service, or our legal obligations.
5. Content and intellectual property
The Service, including its branding, site design, text, and original learning materials, is owned by Onoffchain or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your own learning. This does not transfer ownership or permit commercial redistribution. Third-party videos and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms.
6. Third-party services
Some lessons are embedded from YouTube, including its privacy-enhanced player. When a video is loaded or played, your browser connects to YouTube and its own terms and privacy practices apply. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
7. Availability, suspension, and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue part of the Service, including for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security risk, or where law requires it. You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, contact us using the details below; some information may be retained where law permits or requires.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent the law permits, Onoffchain is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, investment losses, or loss caused by your reliance on educational content or third-party services.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the Service or applicable law changes. We will post the revised version here and update its effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the Service.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without limiting consumer protections that cannot be waived under the laws applicable where you live. If you have a question about these Terms, contact support@onoffchain.com.
